In the City of Rogersville alongside Highway B and the passing train tracks, there is a revitalized [[St. Louis–San Francisco Railway|Frisco]] [[caboose]] that represents the Rogersville Caboose Veterans Memorial. The memorial was donated by the [[American Legion]] Goad-Ballinger Post 69 on July 1, 1995, and contains a plaque that reads as follows:
