In 2017 the MCDPH published the Merced County Community Health Improvement Plan [https://www.countyofmerced.com/DocumentCenter/View/13414/Merced-County-Department-of-Public-Health-Strategic-Plan?bidId=] in an effort to "address health disparities and to promote health equity with the goal of health and wellness for all county residents."
