About 100 members of the [[Cherokee Nation]] live in the town. * Portuguese from the [[Azores]], [[Angola]], and [[Brazil]]. About 10 percent of the locals speak [[Portuguese language|Portuguese]]. * [[Hindu]]s, [[Sikh]]s and [[Muslim]]s from [[India]] and [[Pakistan]].
