On 18 March 2019 an Italian, suspected of being one of the leaders of the [[Mazzarella clan]], was arrested in the Ourika region, near [[Marrakech]]. On 29 May 2019 Raffaele Vallefuoco, an important member of the [[Polverino clan]], was arrested in the [[Rabat]] region.
