The [[42nd Street Shuttle]] ({{NYCS trains|42nd}}) runs under 42nd Street between Broadway/Seventh Avenue ([[Times Square (IRT 42nd Street Shuttle)|Times Square]]) and [[Park Avenue (Manhattan)|Park Avenue]] ([[Grand Central (IRT 42nd Street Shuttle)|Grand Central]]). The [[IRT Flushing Line]] ({{NYCS trains|Flushing}}) curves from [[Eleventh Avenue (Manhattan)|Eleventh Avenue]] to 41st Street, under which it runs until [[Fifth Avenue]]; shifts to 42nd Street between Fifth and [[Madison Avenue]]s; and continues under the [[East River]] to [[Queens]].
