On January 30, 2011, 3 Doors Down played during the 1st period intermission of the 2011 [[NHL All-Star Game]] in Raleigh, North Carolina. They played two songs: "[[When You're Young (3 Doors Down)|When You're Young]]" followed by "Kryptonite". The band also held a free concert as part of the weekend festivities on January 28, 2011, in downtown Raleigh.

On June 28–29, 2014, 3 Doors Down played both days of the Americafest celebration at Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan.
