Cardinal [[Stephen Langton]] and forces under [[Hubert de Burgh, 1st Earl of Kent|Hubert de Burgh]] deal with Falkes and the castles are handed over. Falkes is found guilty of 16 counts of [[Assize of novel disseisin|Wrongful Disseisin]], he and his brother William are excommunicated by Langton.
