After clean-up, deep monitoring wells were created. In 2007, Birdsall Engineering investigated arsenic and pesticide contamination on the property. Two isolated hot spots were found with high levels of pesticides. This property is on the border of the land that formerly housed the Marlboro State Psychiatric Hospital.
