==Geography== Washington is located in the [[Litchfield Hills]] region of Connecticut, approximately {{convert|22|mi}} northeast of [[Danbury, Connecticut|Danbury]], {{convert|40|mi}} west of [[Hartford, Connecticut|Hartford]], and {{convert|80|mi}} northeast of [[New York City]].
