In September 2012, the Pretenders re-grouped (Hynde, Chambers, Heywood, Walbourne, Wilkinson) as part of the entertainment line-up for the [[2012 Singapore Grand Prix]].<ref>{{cite web|url=http://www.singaporegp.sg/media/entertainment-detail.php?url=pretenders |title=2014 Off Track Entertainment highlights |publisher=Singaporegp.sg |access-date=19 April 2014}}</ref> They were joined by keyboardist/acoustic guitarist [[Carwyn Ellis]] in autumn 2012.{{citation needed|date=July 2020}}
