In a December 2014 interview with ''[[Loudwire]]'', vocalist [[Mike Muir]] was asked if Suicidal Tendencies would release a follow-up to ''13''. He replied, "Right now I have no answer to that as far as the previous one. There were a lot of things that went on and I think for us now, if everyone said they wanted to get into the studio and there was something they really wanted to do, I'd take it into consideration. On May 15, 2016, Suicidal Tendencies posted a video of Lombardo laying down tracks for the band's follow-up to ''13'', which was expected to be released in September.
