As of the [[2020 United States census]], there were 5,385 people, 2,143 households, and 1,385 families residing in the CDP. 408 households had children under the age of 18. 3.2% of the population were under 5 years old, 12.9% under 18 years old, and 32.6% were 65 years and over.
