Since 1999, General Myers is an Air Force Gray Eagle. He also received the Badge of the Commander of the Military Forces (Paraguay).

In 2001, General Myers received the Golden Plate Award of the [[Academy of Achievement|American Academy of Achievement]] presented by Awards Council member and Supreme Allied Commander Europe [[Joseph Ralston|General Joseph W.
