===Commonwealth Marine reserves=== {{main|Commonwealth marine reserves}} The Australian Government manages an estate of [[marine protected area]]s known as Commonwealth marine reserves (CMR) which was established under the ''[[Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999]]'' (EPBC Act).
