==Media== Ottawa was served by two local newspapers. The older of the two, ''The Times'', was formed in 2005, when the [[Streator, Illinois|Streator-based]] ''Times-Press'' merged with ''The Daily Times'', based in Ottawa. It is now an [[online newspaper]].
