The 2010 population was made up of 37,496 households and 23,417 families. At the 2018-2019 [[American Community Survey]] estimates, the city of Lewisville had a population of 108,562 and 109,212. Of its estimated population, 46.1% were male and 53.9% were female. There was an average of 85.5 males per 100 females.
