In the late 1980s, Rossdale dated [[Suze DeMarchi]], lead singer for the Australian band [[Baby Animals]]. [[Boy George]], in his 1995 autobiography ''[[Take It Like a Man (autobiography)|Take It Like a Man]]'', wrote that Rossdale had a relationship with Peter Robinson, also known as [[Marilyn (singer)|Marilyn]], in the 1980s.
