In 2012, Condit's son, Chad, announced his intention to run for the House of Representatives as an [[Independent (politics)|independent]] in California's [[redistricting|redrawn]] [[California's 10th congressional district|10th congressional district]]. Condit's daughter, Cadee Condit Gray, is married to Congressman [[Adam Gray]] representing [[California's 13th congressional district]] since 2025.
