Frisco hosts the [[Museum of the American Railroad]], which is based in the Frisco Heritage Museum while construction on a separate museum complex continues. The nearby Discovery Center features an art gallery, a black-box theater, and the [[National Videogame Museum (United States)|National Videogame Museum]].

Frisco Public Library was housed in City Hall until March 2023, when the new library opened in a converted warehouse building.
