* 18 November, 1944: An hour after Corporal Tommie Lee Garrett ordered Private George Green Jr. to clean up a spilled can of urine, Private Green pulled out his M1 Carbine rifle and shot Corporal Garrett dead at the [[United States Army]] base in [[Champigneulles]], France.
