In addition to his official activities, Felipe serves as honorary president of several associations and foundations, such as the Codespa Foundation, which finances economic and social development in [[Ibero-America]] and other countries,<ref name="casarealbio2" /> and the Spanish branch of the Association of European Journalists, comprising outstanding communications professionals.
