Although the schools are not in the town limits, Hardin Valley Middle School serves parts of Farragut north of [[Interstate 75]] for grades 6-8,<ref name=MSZone/> and [[Hardin Valley Academy]] serves that same portion for grades 9-12.<ref name=HSZone/>
