* [[Blossom, New York|Blossom]] &ndash; A [[hamlet (New York)|hamlet]] in the town's Northwest corner. It was the principal location of the Ebenezer Society.
* [[Cotton District, New York|Cotton District]] &ndash; A hamlet located Northeast of Elma Center near the Clinton Road and Girdle Road area; named for multiple families named Cotton in the area.
