There were 205 households, out of which 50% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 39.5% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 4.3% had a male householder with no spouse present, 41.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 14.1% were non-families. 7.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 3.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.66 and the average family size was 3.78. In the town, the population was spread out, with 20.9% under the age of 18, 12.7% from 18 to 24, 23.6% from 25 to 34, 19.9% from 35 to 44, 29.3% from 45 to 64, and 11.9% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 27.2 years. For every 100 females, there were 94.6 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 98.6 males. The median income for a household in the town was $55,268,a 49% increase from 2010, and the mean income was $62,238. Males had a median income of $21,875 versus $17,614 for females.
