As of 2022, the regions of [[Surxondaryo Region|Surxondaryo]] and [[Qashqadaryo Region|Qashqadaryo]] have the highest birth rate in Uzbekistan. On the other hand, the Republic of [[Karakalpakstan]] and [[Bukhara Region|Buxoro]] have the lowest birth rate in the country. The highest death rate is in the city of [[Tashkent|Toshkent]], while the lowest in the region of [[Navoiy]].
