The [[ghost town]] of Rhyolite and the Goldwell Open Air Museum, a sculpture park, are about {{convert|4|mi|km|0}} to the west. Bailey's Hot Springs and bathhouses are about {{convert|5|mi|km|0}} north of Beatty in the Oasis Valley. In addition to highways, Beatty has a general aviation airfield, [[Beatty Airport]], about {{convert|3|mi|km|0}} south of downtown.
