Aldhelm was revered as a [[saint]] after his death, with his feast day being celebrated on 25 May.<ref name=Walsh21/> His [[relic]]s were translated in 980 by [[Dunstan]], the [[Archbishop of Canterbury]].<ref name=Blair512/> He is commemorated by a statue in [[Table of the Statuary of the West Front of Salisbury Cathedral|niche 124]] of the West Front of [[Salisbury Cathedral]].
