JORDAN VOTES TO ANNEX LAND | website=Deseret News | date=1996-02-28 | url=https://www.deseret.com/1996/2/28/19227706/w-jordan-votes-to-annex-land | access-date=2022-05-18}}</ref> two small sections along the northern border lie within the [[Granite School District]]. The city has 16 elementary schools (including one in the Granite District, Jim Bridger Elementary), four middle schools, and two high schools ([[West Jordan High School|West Jordan]] and [[Copper Hills High School|Copper Hills]]). It is also the location of campuses of [[Salt Lake Community College]] and [[Broadview University]]. [[Salt Lake Community College]]'s Jordan Campus is located in West Jordan.
