===Campus Town===
In 2013, groundbreaking began for The Campus Town complex. The Campus Town complex has space to house 446 juniors and seniors in one-, two- and four-bedroom apartments. The Campus Town complex houses an 11,500-square-foot fitness center that replaced the college's 4,000-square-foot gym.
