As of March 2011, there were a total of 2,908 registered voters in Pilesgrove Township, of which 678 (23.3% vs. 30.6% countywide) were registered as [[Democratic Party (United States)|Democrats]], 873 (30.0% vs. 21.0%) were registered as [[Republican Party (United States)|Republicans]] and 1,354 (46.6% vs. 48.4%) were registered as [[Unaffiliated (New Jersey)|Unaffiliated]].
