The average density of housing units was 1,017.7 per square mile. The racial makeup of Milford was 93.55% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 1.91% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.13% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 2.36% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.03% [[Pacific Islander (U.S. Census)|Pacific Islander]], 0.88% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 1.14% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] people of any race were 3.34% of the population.

Of the aforementioned households 29.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 54.7% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 9.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 32.4% were non-families. 26.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.49 and the average family size was 3.04.

Year-round male workers had a median income of $67,631 versus $59,992 for females.
