Missouri has already converted {{convert|62|mi|km}} of the US&nbsp;60/US&nbsp;67 corridor between [[Sikeston, Missouri|Sikeston]] and [[U.S. Route 160#Missouri|US&nbsp;160]]/[[Missouri Route 158|Route&nbsp;158]] near [[Harviell, Missouri|Harviell]] to a mixture of freeway and expressway segments.
