==Government==
Willoughby Hills has a [[Mayor–council government|mayor-council]] system of government.  As of 2024, the mayor is Chris Hallum, a [[Republican Party (United States)|Republican]].<ref>https://www.news-herald.com/2023/10/12/willoughby-hills-mayor-candidate-november-2023-chris-hallum/</ref>  The City Council consists of seven members, who are elected for four-year terms.  Four members are elected by the city at-large, and three members are elected from districts.
