The Swiss [[Swiss inventory of cultural property of national and regional significance|heritage site of national significance]] in Montreux includes: The Audiorama (also known as the Swiss National Audiovisual Museum), [[Crêtes Castle]], [[Châtelard Castle, Vaud|Châtelard Castle]], the [[Montreux railway station|Train Station]], the [[Montreux Palace|Hôtel Montreux Palace]], the [[Caux Palace Hotel]], the Ile and Villa Salagnon, the Marché couvert, the [[Hôtel des Alpes-Grand Hôtel|Grand-Hôtel/the Hôtel des Alpes]] (which served as the recording studio for [[Deep Purple]]'s [[Machine Head (album)|Machine Head]] album), and the Villa Karma.
