The average household size was 2.47 and the average family size was 2.82.<ref name ="wwwcensusgov"/> The age distribution was 23.0% under the age of 18, 4.9% from 18 to 24, 22.5% from 25 to 44, 28.8% from 45 to 64, and 20.7% 65 or older. The median age was 45 years. For every 100 females, there were 99.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 98.7 males.<ref name ="wwwcensusgov"/> The median household income was $29,859 and the median family income was $33,938. Males had a median income of $30,457 versus $20,186 for females. The per capita income for the CDP was $15,543.
