There were 32 (8.6%) [[POSSLQ|unmarried opposite-sex partnerships]], and 1 (0.3%) [[same-sex partnerships|same-sex married couples or partnerships]]. 48 households (12.8%) were made up of individuals, and 22 (5.9%) had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.67.  There were 309 [[family (U.S. Census)|families]] (82.6% of all households); the average family size was 3.93.

The population was spread out, with 373 people (26.2%) under the age of 18, 154 people (10.8%) aged 18 to 24, 397 people (27.9%) aged 25 to 44, 347 people (24.4%) aged 45 to 64, and 151 people (10.6%) who were 65 years of age or older.  The median age was 34.0 years. For every 100 females, there were 93.5 males.  For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 90.0 males.

The population density was {{convert|155.7|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}.  There were 378 housing units at an average density of {{convert|40.7|/sqmi|/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}. The racial makeup of the city was 47.0% [[Race (United States census)|White]], 0.4% [[Race (United States census)|Black]] or [[Race (United States census)|African American]], 1.9% [[Race (United States census)|Native American]], 1.7% [[Race (United States census)|Asian]], 0.1% [[Race (United States census)|Pacific Islander]], 44.5% from [[Race (United States census)|other races]], and 4.4% from two or more races.  88.3% of the population were [[Hispanics in the United States|Hispanic]] or [[Race (United States census)|Latino]] of any race.

There were 365 households, out of which 46.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 54.2% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 19.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 19.7% were non-families. 15.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.96 and the average family size was 4.35.

The age of the population was spread out, with 33.4% under the age of 18, 10.0% from 18 to 24, 32.0% from 25 to 44, 16.5% from 45 to 64, and 8.1% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 28 years. For every 100 females, there were 91.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 93.4 males.

The median income for a household in the city was $45,000, and the median income for a family was $46,827. Males had a median income of $34,375 versus $32,016 for females. About 17.7% of families and 16.4% of the population were below the [[poverty line]], including 20.8% of those under age 18 and 21.8% of those age 65 or over.
