''Where is my vote?'' ({{langx|fa|رأی من کجاست؟}} [[Romanization of Persian|''ra'y-e-man kojāst?'']]) is a motto which was used during the protests. The Iranian government, headed by President [[Mahmoud Ahmadinejad]], released results claiming a two-thirds majority. However, [[Mousavi]] had already claimed victory before the vote count was done<ref>{{cite news |url=http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3730457,00.html|title=Breaking News: Mousavi claims victory in presidential vote|date=6 December 2009|work=YnetNews|access-date=11 August 2010}}</ref> and supporters of Mousavi and [[Karroubi]] accused the government of rigging the votes.

In the aftermath of the election, protests increased and several massive protests were held around the country by the people.
