The sale of the fleet was completed, and most of the vehicles were sold to fire brigades in developing countries, mostly in Africa.<ref>{{cite news|title=All hands to the pump|url=http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/magazine/7033602.stm|work=BBC News|first=Dan|last=Bell|date=8 October 2007|access-date=15 November 2012}}</ref> Some were donated to museums, including the prototype which was placed in the [[Museum of RAF Firefighting]]. Others are in the [[National Emergency Services Museum]], [https://www.facebook.com/milmussco/?locale=en_GB Military Museum Scotland], [[National Museum of Scotland]], [[Kent Firefighting Museum]], [[Leicester Fire Brigade Museum]], [[Yorkshire Air Museum]] and [[Montrose Air Station Heritage Centre]]. Some were purchased by vehicle restoration trusts and some are privately owned.
