The population density was {{convert|63.6|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}. There were 964 housing units at an average density of {{convert|23.9|/sqmi|/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}. The racial makeup of the CDP was 92.5% [[Race (United States Census)|White]], 0.5% [[Race (United States Census)|Black]] or [[Race (United States Census)|African American]], 2.9% [[Race (United States Census)|Native American]], 0.1% [[Race (United States Census)|Asian]], 0.1% [[Race (United States Census)|Pacific Islander]], 0.5% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 3.4% from two or more races. 1.3% of the population were [[Race (United States Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Race (United States Census)|Latino]] of any race. There were 884 households, out of which 37.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 62.6% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 7.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 24.0% were non-families. 19.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 4.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.89 and the average family size was 3.28. In the CDP, the population was spread out, with 30.5% under the age of 18, 7.4% from 18 to 24, 29.2% from 25 to 44, 25.7% from 45 to 64, and 7.3% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 36 years. For every 100 females, there were 106.9 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 106.7 males. The median income for a household in the CDP was $55,573, and the median income for a family was $58,796. Males had a median income of $46,298 versus $32,933 for females. About 7.2% of families and 9.8% of the population were below the [[poverty line]], including 15.8% of those under age 18 and 3.5% of those age 65 or over.
