In 2010, the [[Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation]] after one year of research, revealed that antisemitism was common among Norwegian Muslims. Most of these students were said to be born and raised in Norway. A Jewish father also reported that after school his child was taken by a Muslim mob out to the forest to be hanged because he was a Jew, although he managed to escape.<ref name="Jødiske blir hetset"/>
