Ancient [[Delhi Multan Road]] and [[Grand Trunk Road]], South Asia's oldest and longest major roads, pass through Haryana. GT Road passes through the districts of [[Sonipat district|Sonipat]], [[Panipat district|Panipat]], [[Karnal district|Karnal]], [[Kurukshetra district|Kurukshetra]] and [[Ambala district|Ambala]] in north Haryana where it enters [[Delhi]] and subsequently the industrial town of [[Faridabad]] on its way.
