Winston-Salem is served by [[Piedmont Triad International Airport]] in [[Greensboro, North Carolina|Greensboro]]. Every year, Smith Reynolds Airport hosts an air show for the general public. The Smith Reynolds Airport is home to the Winston-Salem [[Civil Air Patrol]] Composite Squadron, also known as NC-082. The Civil Air Patrol is a non-profit volunteer organization.
