Industry is the most important employer, notably in the [[Pharmaceutical industry|pharmaceuticals]], [[petrochemical]]s and [[Food industry|food processing]].<ref name="InfoIntro2" /> Other fields include banking, finance, transport, construction, skilled trades and services and tourism.
