Piedmont Triad International is North Carolina's third-busiest airport, averaging 280 takeoffs and landings a day. Amtrak trains, taxis, local and long-distance buses arrive and depart from the [[J. Douglas Galyon Depot]], also known as Greensboro station, at 236-C East Washington Street. The Greensboro Greenway is a bike trail that is being constructed to encircle downtown Greensboro.
