Editing Oath of office (section)

==Guatemala==
Article 181 of the [[Constitution of Guatemala|Guatemalan Constitution]] provides that the incoming [[president of Guatemala]] should raises his or her right arm up to shoulder-level before the [[President (legislature)|President]] of the [[Congress of Guatemala]] and say the following oath of office in Spanish:

Afterwards, the outgoing President passes him the [[Flag of Guatemala|Guatemalan flag]] (the '''Banda Presidential'''), which is worn from the left shoulder to the right rib, to the new president along with the presidential pin and with the Constitutional Collar.
