==Return to Pakistan==
Since the start of 2011, news had circulated that Musharraf would return to Pakistan before the 2013 general election. He himself vowed this in several interviews. ===Electoral disqualification===

===Jail, house arrest and bail===

===Fourth assassination attempt===
