===Fraud Accusations by the US Department of Justice===
On July 29, 2010, the [[United States Department of Justice]] (DoJ) filed suit against Oracle Corporation alleging fraud. The lawsuit argues that the government received deals inferior to those Oracle gave to its commercial clients.
