Sheldon and Howard bet on what kind of cricket they hear in the hallway from Sheldon's apartment. They take the cricket to Professor Crawley ([[Lewis Black]]), [[California Institute of Technology|a Caltech]] [[entomology|entomologist]]. The episode involves the titular characters attempting to get the word "lumpatious" added to the in-universe "Oxnard English [[Dictionary]]".
