===Co-operation between community networks===
For the most, early wireless community projects had a local scope, but many still had a global awareness. In 2003, wireless community networks initiated the ''[http://picopeer.net/ Pico Peering Agreement]'' (PPA) and the ''[https://adam.nz/wireless-commons/ Wireless Commons Manifesto]''.
