The [[Lowell Regional Transit Authority|LRTA]] 12 bus connects Tewksbury to [[Lowell (MBTA station)|Lowell]] and [[Wilmington (MBTA station)|Wilmington]] on the [[MBTA Commuter Rail]] [[Lowell Line]].
